  182.  Windows Reminder is not and has never been public domain 
  183.  software, nor is it free software.

  185.  Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use Windows 
  186.  Reminder on a 21-day trial basis for the purpose of determining 
  187.  whether Windows Reminder is suitable for their needs.  The use 
  188.  of Windows Reminder, except for the initial 21-day trial, 
  189.  requires registration.  The use of unlicensed copies of Windows 
  190.  Reminder, outside of the initial 21-day trial, by any person, 
  191.  business, corporation, government agency or any other entity is 
  192.  strictly prohibited.

  194.  A single user license permits a user to use Windows Reminder
  195.  only on a single computer.  Licensed users may use the

  252.   free from defects in material and workmanship, assuming
  253.   normal use, for a period of 60 days from the date of
